Immerse yourself into a holistic perspective.
This course is for everyone interested in land, ecosystem and another type of management. No matter whether you are in daily contact with our soils or in another job as part of society.
Holistic management is decision-making in complexity, we change our view of our environment, we make decisions differently. We learn a new language to think about our life and organization.
Our compact training is intended to introduce you to the framework and learn, apply and reflect together on eye level. It provides an intensive insight into Holistic Management so that you can then apply it in your own context.
We will learn in a group of maximum 12 people to make it personal and truly connected to our experiences.
Every course we will have the chance to stay directly on a farm or in an ecologically interesting environemnt.

How can we apply regeneration to our own context? What exactly is regeneration? Or your own context? And what stops us from bringing this into life?
Not just in the future, but now?
1. Foundations of holism
What does it mean to regenerate holistically?
We delve into the key insights from Holistic Management, the tools at our hand and what this means for our European context.
2. Ecosystem processes
How do we connect ourselves with our environment?
We look at the four ecosystem processes, their importance and how we can observe their function on the soil surface – to give us feedback for our management.
3. Holistic Context
What is your wholeness? And how does this relate to the environment around you?
Coming from your values and quality of life, you create your own Holistic Context to guide your decisions.
We practice holistic decision-making with contextual questions.
4. Land planning
How will your landscape function in the (far) future? What specific characteristics do you want to bring out?
Working on your Holistic Context and learning to observe the ecosystem processes probably gives you a different perspective on your land. The planning of the land is a direct expression of your Holistic Context and will help you to put your means in the most effective way to develop the land.
5. Procedures and processes in complexity
From pasture planning to ecological monitoring, financial planning and team processes – what does it mean to plan holistically, observe and adapt planning?
Depending on the time of year, we take a closer look at a different process and get an overall overview of the other processes in Holistic Management.
