After completing the training we offer you 1:1 support on the topics from Holistic Management and your specific work on site.
For this purpose, you agree on time packages with Leon and request them according to the time slots provided and your personal situation.
We will regularly check together whether the collaboration is still working, what further impulses would be helpful for you, and whether you still need any support at all.
