LAND REGENERATION is an experiment, a collective of independent, committed practitioners who, in their shared context, explore the question of how we can and want to live in regenerative communities above, below and in our soils.
As Accredited Professionals in the Savory Network, we work with global communities to bring insights and experiences to our local context. Most of our workshops and other events take place on our partner farms and together with them.

Leon Bucher
Leon is active as a coach, trainer, and monitor for LAND REGENERATION. He is passionate about taking people on a journey to experience regeneration.
Leon ist Savory Field Professional, EOV Hub Verifier und Permaculture Design zertifiziert. Er arbeitet mit Landwirt/innen in Trainings und online an ihrer Umsetzung von Holistic Management, coacht Berater/innen bei der Integration von HM und bringt sich in europäische Projekt ein.
In den letzten 5 Jahren arbeitet er immer mehr auf verschiedenen Höfen als „Farm Hand“ mit, um die praktische Arbeit mit Holistic Management und den täglichen Herausforderungen zusammenzubringen – ob beim Zäune stecken oder im Gemüse.
Leon liebt Bison und Hands-on-Arbeit in unseren komplexen, lebendigen Systemen.

Bridget Warrington
Growing up on a hobby farm surrounded by big industrial farming in Nebraska, Bridget ran away to the big city where she worked in film and commercials and developed her love for storytelling.
Bridget now brings her skills and experiences to LAND REGENERATION to connect others, from rural to urban, through sharing individual farmers‘ journeys.
Bridget is currently working full time with goats, taking care of the grazing herd, while also supporting the dairy part of the goat farm.
She has been supporting ecological monitoring during the monitoring season. But, honestly, she just loves to be around animals more.
We work closely with global partners and networks to share experiences, resources and information. These are just a few of our great peers and mentors.
