Why are we doing what we are doing? What is my context and who are the decision-makers within? And what else do we need to consider?
This workshop sets the foundations for your regenerative management.

Content
The 4-weeks-workshop is the beginning of your journey with Holistic Management but also the foundation and core of Holistic Management.
1. Whole Under Management
What does it mean to work with complexity? What are we managing? And what not? How does it relate to the environment around you?
We will be moving from being reactive to being purposeful in describing what we can actually manage.
2. Context and Complexity
How can we sustain our lives not just now but also far into the future? What is the difference between living standard and quality of life? And how do they look like for you?
Coming from the whole you are managing, you will develop the core piece for guiding your decisions – the holistic context.
3. Ecosystem Processes & Tools
What are the systems surrounding us? How do they relate to our context? Why do we need to consider them?
We look at the four ecosystem processes, their importance and how we can observe their function on the ground surface and get feedback for our management. We dive into key insights, the tools available to us and what this means for our European context.
4. Decision-Making in Complexity
What does it mean to regenerate holistically? How can I keep the present and the future on my mind when making decisions? And how can I include the other decision-makers better?
Coming from your context and values, you will develop and test questions, guided by the context checks.
